How to Take our Products
Step 1
We recommend not to eat any food or drink any fluids 15 minutes before or after taking these products. We also suggest not to brush your teeth, use mouthwash and floss during this window as well.
Step 2
Unless instructed otherwise, on certain products, we recommend taking one dropper twice a day, a dropper is what you can grab in a pinch, not the whole dropper.
